What is the fastest way to whiten your teeth?
My teeth had a shade of yellow in it! its horrible! What is the most effective toothpaste, gum, mouth rinse, which I do not want to whiten teeth. for himself. What do you recommend? Other THN brushing two times a day, just make sure I do.
Was to see my dentist and asked me almost the same question. I can not pay the money supply, but the hygienist crest white strips recommended to get rid of some yellow stains that I have. It also recommended whitening toothpaste (I had luck with Rembrandt). She also said chewing gum and mouthwash really good. Hope this helps.
